About the Facility

With over 30,000 square foot facility, approximately 20,000 square foot is dedicated to manufacturing. This is where assembly, wiring, and testing are performed. Our manufacturing shop is equipped to handle large and small projects of any size. RASP builds many control panels for various projects, often for customers who do their own design, and many are for internally designed projects. We automate panel modifications and back panel drilling along with engraving our own tags, wire labels and terminal labels in house to help speed up the process and maintain quality. Our shop is fully capable of dealing with PLC’s, HMI’s, power supplies, vibration monitoring, analog, digital, valves, servos, AC/DC drives, encoders, transducers and much more. Standard panel building practices include UL and NEC standards. We have a dedicated team of manufacturing people, managers, engineers, and service group to provide a personal experience for each customer.
